1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Studio 1080 website and your participation in any of our filmmaking camps or related services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Registration and Enrollment

To enroll in our filmmaking camp, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information. Studio 1080 reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion. Upon acceptance, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

3. Payment and Fees

All fees for the filmmaking camp must be paid in full prior to the start of the program, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Studio 1080 accepts various forms of payment, as specified on our website. Failure to pay the fees on time may result in cancellation of your enrollment.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel your enrollment, the following refund policy applies:

  1. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start of the camp will receive a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
  2. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the camp will receive a 50% refund.
  3. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the camp are non-refundable.

Studio 1080 reserves the right to cancel a camp due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants in the filmmaking camp are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or violates the rights of others will not be tolerated. Studio 1080 reserves the right to dismiss any participant who violates this code of conduct, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the filmmaking camp, including but not limited to course materials, videos, and scripts, are the intellectual property of Studio 1080. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without prior written consent.

7. Student Film Rights

Students retain the rights to the films they create during the camp, but Studio 1080 reserves the right to use these films for promotional purposes, including showcasing them on our website and social media channels. By participating in the camp, you grant Studio 1080 a non-exclusive license to use your film for these purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Studio 1080 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the filmmaking camp or your use of our website. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the camp.
